Timothy Zeiger has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts in matters involving fiduciary duty, corporate governance and control, bankruptcy, the oil and gas industry, financial services and consumer-related cases. Mr. Zeiger's more significant appellate cases include a U.S. Fifth Circuit Court ruling on the federal pre-emption of the state's unauthorized practice of law standards in bankruptcy cases, and a ruling by the Texas Supreme Court on the scope of attorney-client privilege in fiduciary matters.
He is Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Civil Trial Law and by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial and Civil Appellate Law. Mr. Zeiger was named to the Texas Super Lawyer list in general litigation by Texas Monthly and Law and Politics Magazine.
