Commitment requires focus. In order to fully commit our knowledge, resources and experience on our clients' behalf, Payne Mitchell Law Group intentionally limits our practice to wrongful death and significant personal injury cases. It's the only way we know how to effectively act as advocates for our clients.
Within the realm of personal injury law, Payne Mitchell Law Group specializes in four broad types of cases:
* Aviation
* Products Liability
* Negligence
* Medical Malpractice/Nursing Home
At Payne Mitchell Law Group, our sole focus is on helping families - specifically those who have suffered a catastrophic personal injury or death. Most often, their losses are the result of an aviation disaster, a product safety defect, medical malpractice, a commercial vehicle collision or a general negligence matter. To these families, it's our aggressive approach and unmatched experience that have earned us a reputation for success.
At Payne Mitchell Law Group we handle only a select number of cases. In doing so, we’ve created a niche of expertise in aviation disasters, product defect cases, medical malpractice/nursing home and other catastrophic personal injury matters. By limiting our docket to a handful of significant cases, we’re able to take an individualized and aggressive approach to each and every one.
