Dan Barrett has been trying lawsuits in Texas for nearly thirty years. He has received a rating of AV - Preeminent from Martindale-Hubbell, is included in The Register of Pre-eminent Attorneys and has been listed as a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer each year since beginning of the publication.

Dan was also a member of the Texas House of Representatives, having been elected to represent the citizens of District 97 in 2007. While in the legislature, Dan served on the Land & Resource Management and Pensions & Investments Committees.
