Title Insurance Agents
A distinctive aspect of our real estate practice is McGlinchey Stafford’s own title insurance agency, MACSTAM Title Company LLC. We are agents for several national title insurance underwriters and issue title insurance policies to owners, lenders, purchasers and lessees of property in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Our ability to act as title agents creates significant efficiency and increased quality in the process of delivering title commitments for multiple sites. We have issued title insurance in a wide range of transactions.
