After almost a decade of representing corporations, Brogdon went into plaintiff's law because he wanted to represent the individual. His mission is twofold: to help right the legal wrongs in any way possible and to guide people through the frustrating legal process.
Above all, Brogdon believes in thorough preparedness when handling a case. He believes in the justness of the cause and the willingness to work hard to achieve the result.
He is extremely passionate about the right to trial by jury. His goal is to help motivate corporations to design and manufacture safer products and to run their businesses in a safer manner.
According to Brogdon, it is a group effort at the law firm. Day in and day out, the team pulls together the resources and the right people to best handle a case.
Mr. Brogdon started practicing law in 1989. Before joining the firm in 2002, he was a named partner in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm and the head of the medical malpractice department of another plaintiff's personal injury firm in Dallas. He has also worked as a director in a personal injury defense firm and as a criminal prosecutor in Houston.
