Steven E. Katten is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) who has practiced in Texas for over twenty-five years. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Texas School of Law, Steve is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Estate Planning and Probate. He sits on the board of directors for several local organizations, including the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association, Guardianship Services, Inc., and the local chapter of the American Red Cross. His experience in the Elder Law field has poured over into other areas, having served as the Chairman of the Advisory Counsel for the Tarrant County Area Agency on Aging, and being a contributing author to the Practitioner Publishing Company's Practical Guide to Estate Planning. Since opening his own practice, he remains committed to his original vision: helping older adults and their families with all of the planning issues that are important to them.
